Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Hawaii. Available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Selected turmeric products ship for free to the United States. 

Order processing: We prepare orders as promptly as possible. For expedited shipping please contact us at Jesse.hsg@gmail.com

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. We’ll let you know if an order is unexpectedly delayed.

Delivery: Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery, especially for shipments traveling from Hawaii.

Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us through our website’s Contact page as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Shipping problems: If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or appears lost, please reach out through our Contact page with your order number so we can help investigate.

All orders shipped within the United States will be sent out within 5 business days. Any orders outside of the United States may be charged additional fees including but not limited to appropriate taxes, surcharges, duties, or other fees prior to being shipped.
