Wild Hawaiian Vanilla Extract

Grown on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island hidden in the back of a Permaculture Homestead. These majestic orchid vines thrive hanging several stories above the ground and right next to a year-long flowing stream. Fertilized by nature, these vanilla beans are wild grown rather than farmed. Each bean has been hand-pollinated and allowed to grow for nine months before being picked at optimal ripeness, graded and cured over an eight month tedious process. To ensure the highest quality and the best taste for our extracts, we utilize an all-organic, gluten-free , local alcohol. A difference that vanilla lovers can taste! 100% Hawaiian ingredients.
